Q: When will I get my items?

A: It can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to make your items. This does not include the time it takes the post office to deliver your package. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. 

During the busy convention season, processing times will vary depending on the volume of orders. Current processing times can be found on the banner at the top of the page. Thank you for your patience! 

 

Q: I need my items by a certain date, can you guarantee they will arrive on time?

A: We do our very best to get you your items on time. If we say we will send out your package by a certain date, you can be sure it will be sent on time. However, once the package is out of our hands and in the care of the United States Postal Service, we cannot guarantee when they will deliver your package. At times, the postal service has been delayed or has even lost some packages. While we do our best to help you when this happens, please understand that we are not to blame.

 

Q: What do I do if my package is late or never arrived?

A: The best thing you can do is file a claim with the United Stated Postal Service. They will need the tracking information that you receive at checkout. They can advise you on how to proceed, and they may even be able to offer a partial refund.  While we are very sorry if this happens to you, please understand that we cannot control what happens to your package once it is out of our hands. We will do our best to assist you should this occur. You can click here to file a claim online or call their customer service. 

 

Q: What if I need my order rushed? 

A: For $10 your order will be moved to the top of the list, and your items will be ship within 1-3 business days, instead of the usual 5-7 business days. You can click here and add the Rush Order Fee listing to your cart along with the items you need rushed. Please note that this fee only speeds up the processing time, you must select the shipping method you want at checkout. 

 

Q: Can I personalize my items?

A: Yes! Many of our items can be personalized with a name, date and sometimes a location. Please see individual listings for information on personalization, or contact us if you don't see the options you are looking for. 

 

Q: Do you make custom artwork?

A: We accept custom artwork requests on a case by case basis. If we feel we cannot make the artwork to your liking, we will not accept a request that is beyond our skill level. However, please visit our Contact Us page to let us know what you're looking for and when you need it by. We will do our best to accommodate your request! *Please note that there is a $100 order minimum for custom artwork. 

 

Q: Can I have my message printed inside a greeting card?

A: Yes, we can print your message at no extra cost. Please type your message in the box before adding your card to the cart. Keep in mind that if you write a message for one card, but order a 4 pack of the same card, the message will be printed on all cards.

 

Q: Can you add a gift note with my order?

A: Yes, we can! At checkout, there is a box at the bottom where you can add a gift note to go with your order. The message is printed on a regular piece of paper and there is no extra charge. Make sure to include your name so the recipient knows who the gift is from!

 

Q: Can you make items in another language?

A: In most cases, yes! Many of our items can be made in different languages. You may need to provide us with the text in that language. Please contact us before placing your order to make sure we are able to make a specific item in the language of your choice. 

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship to 190+ countries via the United States Postal Service. Please visit usps.com for a complete list of countries they ship to.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We now offer FREE shipping on all US orders! International shipping is based on the weight of your order, how fast you want your package and where you live. If you would like a quote, please add everything you want to your cart, go to the checkout page, type your address and you will see how much shipping is. You are not required to pay at this point so you can just see how much the total with shipping costs.
